Cut to Fit Air Filter
The EZ Kleen Trim-To-Size® air filter is manufactured using aluminum mesh offering the opportunity to customize a filter you can cut to fit the size of your furnace filter, window air conditioner filter, range hood filter, or many other applications. Since these filter slots sizes can vary greatly, a Trim-To-Size® filter is sometimes best, especially if the opening for your filter is oddly-shaped. Additionally, you can add foam, carbon pads or fiberglass media to fabricate low-resistance replacement filters.
Cutting a Trim-To-Size® filter is easy. An ordinary scissor or utility knife can be used to cut the material; cutting along a ruler to ensure a straight edge is recommended. Choose from the following types and sizes when you shop for Trim-to-Size® filters.
Because EZ Kleen filters are depth filters, they have a low initial resistance and allow a very gradual resistance build-up of grease, increasing the service life of the filter.
